How Scheme Works

This scheme includes 3 initial cycles:

1st Cycle – 1 (600) commercial + 1 (1200) FOC

2nd Cycle – 1 (600) commercial + 1 (600) FOC

3rd Cycle – 1 (600) commercial + 1 (600) FOC

After surgery, patients receive 11 Herceptin vials free of cost, completing a total of 17 cycles.

Patient Registration Guidelines

To avail the Free of Cost (FOC) dose, please register yourself in the UNMOL Patient Support Program by contacting us at 0340-5586665.

To complete your registration in UNMOL, please submit the following documents:

• Patient Enrollment Form
•  Invoice of Commercial Purchase
•  Patient CNIC
•  Invoice Verification Document (where required)
