Under this scheme, patients who purchase 1 commercial unit are eligible to receive 2 units free of cost (FOC).

To avail the Free of Cost (FOC) dose, please register yourself in the UNMOL Patient Support Program by contacting us at 0340-5586665.

To complete your registration in UNMOL, please submit the following documents:

• Patient Enrollment Form
•  Invoice of Commercial Purchase
•  Patient CNIC
•  Invoice Verification Document (where required)
