Under this scheme, patients who purchase 3 commercial units are eligible to receive 14 units free of cost (FOC).

To avail the Free of Cost (FOC) dose, please register yourself in the UNMOL Patient Support Program by contacting us at 0340-5586665.

To complete your registration in UNMOL, please submit the following documents:

• Patient Enrollment Form
•  Invoice of Commercial Purchase
•  Patient CNIC
•  Invoice Verification Document (where required)
